This crisp vegetarian Greek-style spinach salad can be made by simply putting together the following: 
Fresh Spinach
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Celery
Pumkin seeds
Yellow Onions
Banana Peppers
Feta Cheese
Vinegar and Oil 
Lite Ranch Dressing

Stir-fried shrimp seasoned cajun spices
Gritz topped with tomato, avocado, sauteed onions, and sprinkled with cayenne pepper!
